Risk and Property

Orders

Prices

Warning to consumers on the right of withdrawal:

Garda Moments S.r.l. will, by bank transfer or Credit Card, refund on the cost of the goods shipped within 14 days of the shipment of goods from you, but not before receipt of goods.
We encourage you to give your bank directly on the form of withdrawal when sending the same by registered post.
Securities (lack of compliance)
According to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 02.02.2002, Garda Moments S.r.l. is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery.
The lack of conformity can be found by:
- malfunction;
- internal damage from transport is not found on receipt;
- wrong shipment.
The lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months after the date of purchase, the time limit within which the defect must be notified as soon as the product has been manifested is 2 months.
The guarantee will apply to the product defects of conformity and/or failures not evident at the time of purchase, provided the product is used properly and with due diligence, that is, in respect of its destination and as provided in the technical with comments by the various operating rules therein.
This guarantee is not applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, of any adjustments and / or mechanical adjustments are not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.

Rules and Jurisdiction
